The whites of the eyes are made of dense connective tissue. They tend to go yellow with age and toxins consumed (excessively) everyday..etc.. smoking, alcohol, saturated animal fat..etc..

If you live healthily, (plenty of veges, less red meat, control alcohol, coffee intake..etc.).. after a few months, you will notice the whites get better (your teeth will improve too).

Also, doing this, your blood vessels that cover the outside of the whites of the eyes will also shrink, so your eyes won't look as red. BONUS.

There are some eye drops out there which claim to make the eyes whiter... they are usually VASOCONSTRICTORS... drugs that shrink your blood vessels on the eye as you instill them.

However, about 1/3 of the drop also goes into your systemic circulation which will also shrink the blood vessels in your heart, lungs and brain etc..... meaning.. they're not that safe.. so avoid them.
