What is wrong with my vision? Need opinions/answers, please!?!

Question: What is wrong with my vision? Need opinions/answers, please!?
Hi, recently I've been noticing problems with my vision and its really beginning to scare me. I'm 18 years old, and my vision has always been 20/20. About a month ago however, i began to notice a "ghosting" image when i looked at the LED clock on my stove in my kitchen. Example being when I looked at the time, I saw the normal time, but then saw a "ghost image" of the same numbers halfway above it, as if they were coming off of it. Same thing also happens when I look at white text on black, or any bright color on a dark background, and especially LED lights. I also noticed today that it happened when I watching a movie, and part of what I was watching was stretching onto the black bars on the bottom and top of the screen. I only really noticed this today, and hasn't affected me when I play video games, watch normal tv, or am on the computer. I have also noticed that the ghosting seems to happen more when I'm actually thinking about it, could this be related to anxiety or something else? The ghosting is also present in both eyes, and doesn't go away when I only close one.

Also at night, I've noticed with street lights, I see "halos" around them and if I squint my eyes slightly, not even much, I see rays that come out of the lights. There is especially one big one that usually comes out from underneath it the light source and stretches through my vision. This is especially annoying because it happens every time i blink if the light is in my view of vision. This also happens with TVs, like my previous problem, but only with bright parts of the screen and it usually only occurs depending on how far I'm standing from the tv.

I'm really worried as to what this could be. I've tried researching everything about it, and the only causes I could find are cataracts or astigmatism. However, my vision is completely fine, its only lights at night as I said that are giving me a problem, and my vision has never given me a problem until now, so I don't think it could be astigmatism. If it helps, I have been on a poor sleeping schedule lately, not getting much sleep at night. However, I have been taking naps a lot lately to try to compensate for that fact. Both of my eyes, especially my left one twitch here and there, as if they're tired as well... Could fatigue be a factor in what's causing this? Does anybody have any idea? I haven't had a chance to go see an eye doctor yet, nor do I have the money at the moment. So can anybody give me opinions or answers for what may be causing this? It's been driving me crazy.

I'd really appreciate any responses; thanks in advance!

P.S. Oh, and also I have done the "pinhole" test and the ghosting goes away when I look through the hole.

Flame...

1 Simple answer. REFRACTIVE ERROR.
You've either got Myopia (short-sighted) or Astigmatism... or both.

This should be easily corrected with glasses/contact lenses.

Go and see and Optometrist... give your brain (and fingers) some relaxation.

You wrote a lot!!!!!!!

Just go to the eye doctors...no one on here can really help you for this type of thing
