What you NEED to do it jump in circles singing and yelling, "I like to sing!!! I like to sing!!!..."
I give myself a couple of drop of saline or re-wetting drops when I get home, If i find that my contacts won't move when I try to remove then. After about 5 to 10 mins I can take the contacts out, just like they have just been put in.
They can get a little dry during the day, especially if you happen to wear them longer than you normally would, they will tend to shrink a bit due to moisture loss, and that is why they are so tight on your eye, and hurt when you try to take them out. So moistening the eyes and the contacts, will make it much easier to take them out.
This always happens to me when my contacts get a little dry at the end of the day and stick to my eye. It helps if I put some eye drops in first to moisten the lenses, then I take them out. If you don't have any rewetting drops, you can just use a little bit of your regular contact lense solution. This keeps them from sticking to my eye and it should be easier to take them out after that and therefor shouldn't hurt your eye anymore.
long time contacts wearer
From my years of experience with contact lenses, I can tell you that some people have dry eyes, which is the enemy of using contacts. I used to have this problem whenever its a windy or hot day.
In your case you must use some kind of eye drops after you place them in your eyes, and then half an hour before you take them out. If you wear your contacts for the whole day, then you need to carry the eye drops with you and put a drop in each eye every hour. You also need to choose eye drops without preservatives.
However, I found that the only real solution is to have a Lasik procedure, which I did five years ago. It might be expensive, but believe me; its worth it.

Your corneas are getting dry during the day, as do most people's with soft contact lenses.
Make sure you don't sleep with your contacts in over night. That can cause excessive dryness to the lens and your eye and may cause the lens to stick to your eye.
During the day, apply contact eye drops to both eyes to keep them not so dry. Make sure the drops are approved to put in your eye with contacts. Opti Free has drops made to put in your eye with soft lenses.
And give your eyes a break some days or on the weekends and give your eyes a break. This is good for proper eye health.
Take care
Sure, I think your not cleaning your contacts enough.. There are Opti Free Replenish or Aqua Soft Solutions to help clean up your contact lenses so they would not hurt your eyes. I think that's the problem. I am wearing contacts right now.
Try not wearing them for as long as you do. If that is not possible then use eye-drops every couple of hours.
use some rewetting drops on your eyes during the day... the reason why they hurt is because they are dry!
