Contact lens question.?!

Question: Contact lens question.?
Hi all.
okay so I accidently wore my contact lense to sleep (right eye). I did not know this because all i felt in the morning was a sore near my right cheek bone. So i thought it was weird because it's the first time this happened to me. Not knowing my contact was in, I put in eye drops that specifically say 'not for contact use'. Now I see my contact. It's like STUCK to my eyeball. I'm so scared ='( I tried everything! tomorrow I'm going to the doctor's but... I just want to know what I should do now/should expect tomorrow

o.k. this isn't ideal but there is no need to panic. Contacts can seem like they are stuck to your eyeball but there is no physical attachment its just the way they get as your eyes dry out. Now you ought to be able to get it out yourself but being scared isn't going to help. Try and relax - difficult I know but try putting some music on or getting someone to chat to you. Get some eyedrops for contact use into your eye if possible. When you are trying to get the lens out hold your eyelids open as normal but make sure you look towards your nose as you draw the lens toward the outer corner of the eye. It may be difficult to get it to move but it will if you get a finger on top of it and keep looking towards your nose The point about the nose is to get the lens off the bit of the eye where it best fits - then as it ocmes towards the outer corner of the eye it is more easily pinched off into the outer thumb. Don't try and pinch it off from the middle of your eye when its firmly stuck as you could scratch your eye with a nail. Move it with the middle bit of the finger that way you can't hurt your eye. The drops serve as lubricant. As you have put eye drops on not for contact use you may have to throw away that lens as a precaution. Do not worry that it is physically glued in some way to your eye. it is not.

You should be able to get it out yourself just use some drops for contacts and keep messing with it. I had a contact stuck in my eye for a few days maybe, not really sure how long it was cause I didn't know it was in there until I felt it in there and got it out.
