The name of this condition is Heterochromia. Heterochromia is a result of excess or lack of melanin aka pigment. It may be inherited, (genetic) or can be caused by disease or injury. The color of the irides (irises), is determined primarily by the concentration and distribution of melanin.

It is called heterochromia iridium and it is genetic.
