I want Blue Contacts (non-prescripiton)?!
Question: I want Blue Contacts (non-prescripiton)?
Answers:
One size does NOT fit all. Though many generic lenses would technically 'fit' your eye (cornea) they wouldn't likely be the proper ideal fit.
It would be best to have your eye doctor or at least an optician fit you for contacts. Contacts can be all different sizes for the various eye sizes and optical zones of the attached cornea. So there is variation between eyes.
However, this variation can be minute and is why you could fit many average sizes (in all odds) onto your cornea.
Though again it is much safer to have a professional properly fit you for contacts, even non Rx.. at least to have minimal damage done to the outer surface of your eye.
With improperly fitted contacts the cornea is more likely to be irritated, have abrasions, erosions, even infection that can compromise sight at the very least in the temporary. So go ahead and take the extra step and get the size that is right for *your* eyes.
This is more a choice of do you want to be safe and prudent or save a little money and take a gamble.
Take care,
