Pink eye (conjunctivitis) can last for 3 weeks or more when it is viral. Bacterial conjunctivitis will usually start to clear within 24-48 hours, but can still take close to a week to completely resolve. Conjunctivitis would not cause loss of eye lashes but you do not mention how this happened. If you have no other physical problems, your eye lashes should grow back.
