Halos around street lights?!

Question: Halos around street lights?
About a month ago I noticed that I could see halos around lights when they're against a dark background (in both eyes). It's almost I'm looking at them through fog. I'm only 14, it couldn't possibly be glaucoma of cataracts... could it?!
Any ideas? :/

If you stare at any light it will seem as though there is a halo around it. Everyone sees that. It is not a symptom of glaucoma or cataracts.
