Why does this happen?!

Question: Why does this happen?
Ok, this is kinda hard to describe. Every once in a while, I have a dream for a few seconds. I don't remember it at all after it happened. Then, a few days, weeks, months, etc. later i experience it. Its only a few seconds, but i feel as though i have seen this moment before. I feel kinda weird when this happens and I don't remember the night i had it, or how long ago it was, but i feel as though ive seen it before in a dream or something.

An example of this would be a few years ago, I was sitting at my lunch table with my friends when all of a sudden, i felt as though i had seen this moment before. And i remember when i first saw it i thought, "Oh that would never happen" because we were sitting on the other side of the table with a lot more people, but it did.

Look up Deja Vu

That is called Deja vu - it is fairly normal - your brain registers what you are seeing as a memory instead of putting it in the present - it's a weird sensation, but you're normal.

Try reading before going to bed.

It helps me have nice dreams. Don't eat anything within 2-3 hours before going to bed.

Lmfao. Its deja vu. Which is actually just receptors in the brain being funky. Chill.

Deja vu?
