Answers:

First of all, it's totally unnecessary (not to mention a little annoying, to be honest) to capitalize the beginning of every word. Secondly, why is this in optical? But I'll get to your question now.

What you're talking about is "deja vu," which is a term that applies to the feeling you get when you do something, and although you have no memory of it, it feels like you've done it before or been in that place previously. Scientifically speaking, the most probable explanation of deja vu is not that you're foreseeing or predicting anything, but rather that it is an "anomaly of memory," giving the impression that your experience is "being recalled."

So no, you don't have any superpowers that are giving you the senses to foresee terrible events, and you aren't in a living scene of "Final Destination."
