Recently my eyes finding lights too bright.Is this serious?!

Many people with light colored eyes suffer from photophobia and as we get older our eyes become more sensitive to light especially when driving at night, There are also other more serious causes which include, but are not limited to, improper us of or ill fitting contact lenses, eye disease, injury or infection and use of certain drugs both legal and illegal.

You should make an appointment with an ophthalmologist or optometrist for a comprehensive eye exam to rule out any out of the ordinary causes for your light sensitivity. Everyone should have a comprehensive eye exam every few years. Most of us don't see an Ophthalmologist or optometrist until we have a real problem, which might have been prevented or minimized if we had regular exams.

I don't believe you'll die from it. I think the term is called photophobia, but why not explain the same cause to your doctor? I'm sure he's the best person to assist you in this kind of a concern.

Do you realize it's a felony for someone to diagnose you w/o having a doctor's license.
