i was concentrating on the computer reading lyrics of a song
all of a sudden i could see spots and floaters in my eyes , i was sacred and went into a panic attack
the floaters went away and got better but now i have a headache across my forehead , its like a hangover and im only 13? help please!!!!!

I don't think there is any need to panic. You have just strained your eyes working on the computer. Try and drink enough water and setup your computer screen properly. There is lots of advice on answers about what to do to cut down on eyestrain when using a computer.
