Yes...they do.
All quality sunglasses do for sure.
It's even difficult to find a cheapie pharmacy sunglass that doesn't have full protection.

Yes. Oakley filters out 100% of UVA, UVB, and UVC.
Most other brands, including super expensive brands do NOT filter out UVC.
Gas station glasses filter out the same UV spectrums as some of the more expensive glasses, but they do NOT filter out UVC. UVA and UVB protection are a function of the lens material. That's why gas station sunglasses protect just as well as $600 Prada sunglasses. However, the difference is in Oakley's lens material. Not only does it provide 100% cross-spectrum protection, it also is one of the most impact resistant lenses available on the market (that's why it's used by the US military) AND has been shown to be the clearest (non distorting), non-glass lens on the market. Less distortion equals less eye fatigue and strain.
Cheap glasses will actually cause more UV damage to your eyes as the dark tint tends to open your pupils more. This actuallyl lets in MORE UVC light than if you had no sunglasses and were squinting (your pupils get really small- letting in less light and harmful rays).
BTW, they can't advertise it if it's not true. It's called false advertising and opens the door to all kinds of lawsuits.

If you don't care about UV protection, it opens the door for wearing ANY sunglasses. Whether they do or not, won't matter. (to you)
People tell me I look gorgeous wearing these fashion sunglasses. Well, I do agree with them. Why not get yourself some lovely pairs?
