Both lenses are good although you have to consider that the actual contact lens used in the Focus Dailies Aqua Comfort Plus is the same as the Focus Dailies Basic, its just the solution they are hydrated with and stored in that is different.
The Johnson & Johnson Acuvue Trueye is theoretically the better lens as it is made from the newest generation of lens material called 'Silicone Hydrogel'. This material is much less prone to drying than other standard 'Hydrogel' lenses (like the Focus Dailies) and the oxygen transmission is 4-5 times that of 'Hydrogel' lenses. The downside is that the lenses are slightly stiffer and feel a little thicker on 1st insertion.
I would definitely go for the Trueye, although if you are in the UK ask your Optician to try Sauflon Clarti 1-Day. They are a 3rd generation 'Silicone Hydrogel' lens but much cheaper than the Trueye.
Qualified Contact Lens Optician (and no I don't work for Sauflon :) )
Acuvue Trueye would be the best to go with. They allow more oxegen to get through the lens and there very comfortable also.
Worked in an opticians for past 5 years
