I have a question about my astigmatism(-0.75)?!

I wear contacts for my astigmatism and the perscription is -0.75. This is the lowest astigmatism perscription they make, meaning this is only mild. Also I have estropia, meaning if my vision is blurry, my eye turns inward. So while I'm wearing the contacts and while I look far away, my eye is straight due to the contacts helping me. But up close my vision in that eye is worse, I think I may be farsighted in it also. So upclose my eye goes inward sometimes.
Do you think if I get a stronger perscription like 1.00 ( the next level up ) , my eye will say straight even upclose?
