If you mean to change the iris color, with out putting something into you eye to cover up the iris, (which would entail surgery), then no. No food, no drops, no magic, at least on this planet, can do what you are asking.

So it's either blue contacts, or blue contacts.

1.Get fence paint
2.Get a fence painting brush
3.Recolour your eyes
