Question: My douther eye has some kind of dischrge since she was borned,?
my doughter eye has somdischargerge since she borned,she is 3 months now,GP gave her eyedrope/cream. non of them helped ,i took her to A&E hospital,there was a young trainee Dr,he said dont worry it will go away in 6 to 12 months time and asked us to stope using cream/eyedrope,but im realy worrid shall i wait till she's 12 month what if didn't go away by that time and got worse,tnx

I would bring her back for another opinion and nicely ask, if there is a pediatric optician that can check your daughter's eyes. I cannot diagnose your daughter, but it is unusual for a baby to have a consistent discharge from her eyes for 3 months, unless it is tears and she cries a lot. If the discharge is sort of thick and is green or yellowish, her eye is probably infected.

Maybe she read something you had written. I can tell you blood is discharging from my eyes right now.

I would take her back for a second opinion. If the second doctor says the same then follow that advice.
