Even though I have much respect for Green Arrow I have to give the win to Hawkeye. I know that GA has trained and fought alongside the likes of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, Hawkeye just has the superior arsenal of weaponry and the know how to use it. Hawkeye was trained by Captain America, he is an expert in hand-to-hand unarmed combat and his arrows are just more powerful then Green Arrow's. Hell, Hawkeye used his arsenal to take down an Elder Of The Universe single handedly.
