Im wondering why some people have dark rings around their iris and others dont have it..
It looks really cool & beautiful.Many contact lenses nowadays have dark outline around the iris. SOme people are lucky to have it naturally

I noticed that some people have thicker dark rings and some have thin dark ring around the iris.
Iris with thick dark outline is rare.
Is it dominant or a recessive trait?
Most brown/black eyes people dont have the ring too..

There is no reason why...it's just the way the pattern of their eyes came out.
Genetics...and pure luck to have beautiful eyes.
There is no " reason " for any iris pattern , they are like snowflakes, no two people have the same. The limbal ring is just a part of the pattern for many people.
Some people are born with curly hair, some have freckles...some have a visible limbal ring around the iris...it's all how their DNA decided they would be.
