Please help me with this eye problem?!?!

When I put my finger underneath my right eye, and put it across there is a bump. It's not that big it's quite small, then in the white bit of my eye there's a red dot. I've searched up Pinguecula and it said it's meant to be yellow or something, and mines red. And when I searched on images they all were bigger than mine. What can it be, I'm really worried. I'm 13, and please can you tell me how to get rid of it.
