you eye color can change,but its rare, and like ghostwri said you mom and dad have several genes that make up eye color, but green and blue were dominant traits, but the brown eye trait was hidden in there, and it eventually came out when you were born, eye color is determined by the amount of melanin in it, like your hair. and by the way, your eyes werent brown as a baby because everyone is born with blue eyes as the melanin developes

Very rare, usually eye color changes will happen by trauma.

You are sort of the luck out of the draw in your family's genetic lottery. Blue and green eyes are recessive traits, (very uncommon), both your mother and father may have been heterogenous (had a recessive and dominant allele for eye color) and you inherited both the dominant traits to have brown (the most common eye color).

Can't really change it, accept your genetic make up :)

Though if you are really young right now, as in about 10-13 your eyes can tend to lighten or darken (in your case I'd say lighten since recessive genes run in your family) to somewhat of a degree. Maybe chestnut to hazel or something.

Certain chemicals can cause a change in pigmentation of the colored part of the eye, but I don't think you've been exposed to them.
It sounds like you really want to have blue or green eyes- you probably feel different. For me it's the opposite, everyone has brown or green eyes and somehow I have blue.
I don't think they actually changed. It's probably the lighting in which you're looking at them, or even your brain, which wants them to be different, tricking you into thinking they are changing.
Don't feel like your eye color makes you different. It really doesn't matter.
