When your eye sees blurry, your eye wants to make the vision clear. The is a moving lens in your eye that can help with your vision, and if you strain it too much, then your eyes can have a dull ache or cause a frontal headaches. Imagine lifting weights all day and your arms are strain, same concept just a different part of your body.

Well, it just means that your eyes hurt. Like if you read something in the dark it's not good for your eyes, and they could get strained if your not careful. All it means is that it hurts your eyes. I don't think you could get blinded by it
