Question: Does the computer increase eye pressure?
So can I go on the computer with 1 eye closed / covered, will this aid the covered eye in any way.

It may stop your eye getting drier, however you will find it very hard to work as most things one does on a computer screen require the sort of depth perception you get from using two eyes. Using computers doesn't affect your eye pressure - it does cause some eye strain and there are loads of answers on yahoo about dealing with this. Keeping one eye closed isn't part of those.
it would really depend on other factors. just as the computer brightness and how long you spend your time on the computer.
