Acctually it is possible although very difficult. I do it all the time. It was also on Mythbusters and they proved you Can sneeze with your eyes open.
Yep. But, on a show on Discovery called Mythbusters they tried to do this and were able to do it slightly.

I've always been able to do it, and so can my daughter.
