give it 24 hours. If it doesn't heal in that time , or starts getting worse or your vision is affected then go to the doctor straight away. Eyes normally heal quite fast and if its not hurting then you are likely to be o.k unless you get an infection. Be a bit careful with your eye whilst it heals - I don't know if you are male or female but if the latter i'd avoid eye makeup till its healed up.
don't go flipping out or anything but you could lose your vision because bacteria could start to grow in your eye. its a small chance but still. Don't go running into the ER or anything but i think you should definitely go talk to a doctor or your eye doctor soon.
That has happened to me before. If it doesn't hurt and you can still see perfectly, I wouldn't worry about it because it will probably heal on its own.
