As has been said you'll need to be older before you can consider this. At that point options may have altered a lot. Don't tihnk that an answer now will be the same in the future.

You need to have a consultation with a surgeon. Do your research and find a good, reputable one. The consultation may be free, depending on where you live. They'll be able to explain your options to you and the risks and you have no obligation to go through with the surgery. There are different types of laser eye surgery now, Lasik being just one of them. As your eyesight is very bad, you probably won't be a candidate for every type. The bigger issue is the fact that you are only 15. Usually you need to be in your early 20s to have laser eye surgery as your eyes need to have stopped growing, otherwise you may need further corrective surgery. I don't know whether they'd maybe make an exception for you because your sight is so bad, though. Your prescription also needs to have remained stable for at least a year before surgery to avoid the need for further operations.

Your eyesight would probably continue to get worse till your 20. After that it would be at least -11.00 or higher. Lasik is never a good option for a -11.00 but you could try IOL which replaces that Lens in the eye for clear vision.

Good luck
