Question: Can my eyesight degrade in a matter of months?

I've noticed that I have had more and more difficulty reading text over the past few months. At first it was only a slight bother, but I've had progressively more trouble reading computer and book text. I will probably visit an optometrist soon, but I want to hear your opinions about someone's eyesight degrading in a matter of months. It should also be noted that I wore glasses until I was about 9 years old, and I'm currently 21 years old.

Do glasses or contacts help? I would wait and ask your optometrist about it. But, yes it can. My eyesight has been going really bad lately and when I put on my dad's glasses to hold them while he was doing something everything was so clear. lol. Glasses or contacts would probably help you out though.

My suggestion is to go see an optometrist asap If you have glacoma as I do and you wait too long you will develop permanent nerve damage without the proper pressure medicine
