My eyes/face twitch when i play video games?!

Question: My eyes/face twitch when i play video games?
Ok so heres whats happening. i was playing as i usually do today and suddenly my eyes and face began to twitch. Now, This has happend to me for the past 2 years. however, it has not been ongoing. it first started up in december 2008, ended janurary 2009, then in november/december 2009 it happens again ending in feburary, now here we are again. I have always been a heavy gamer, playing for the past 10 years. some times hours a day. BUT THE TWITCHES ONLY HAPPEN IN NOVEMBER/DECEMBER AND LAST UNTIL JANURARY/FEBURARUY!!!!!

1. IS THIS BEING CAUSED BY THE GAMES?

I PERSONALLY THINK NOT BECAUSE

A. ITS LIKE ITS SEASONAL.

B.BEEN A HEAVY GAMER FOR 10 YEARS.

OK NOW, 2 OF MY "STEP SIBLINGS" HAD SEIZURES IN THERE EARLY-MID TEENS. (IM 15) I HAVE NEVER HAD A SEIZURE NO HEADACHES NOTHING. ONLY SIGN OF SEIZURE I HAVE IS TWITCHING OF EYES AND FACE.

I HAVE NOT YET CONSAULTED A DOCTOR BECAUSE I SURVIVED SEIZURE FREE THE LAST 2 TIMES THIS HAPPENED.
I WAS ALERGY TESTED WHEN IT HAPPEND IN 2008 THOUGH AND CAME BACK NEGATIVE FOR ANYTHING.

I TRYED "FASTING" FROM VIDEO GAMES FOR 1 WEEK AND THE WHOLE WEEK THE TWITCHES WERE STILL PRESENT...

FINALLY, WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE TWITCHING LESS SERVERE WHAIL I PLAY/ LIVE WITH IT FOR A FEW MORE MONTHS?

Video games CAN cause a seizure. I am epileptic and used to play video games, but had to stop because they hurt my eyes and my head a lot after I played for a period of time. I finally had to stop a couple of years ago and only rarely play. My advice is if you're going to play them, be cautious of that, only play for a small amount of time. If your head starts to hurt, stop playing as soon as you can.

If the headaches and twitching persist, I would go and see a doctor or a neurologist to see what's happening.

Personal Experience

I know when i played games to long, i got a panic attack, it was weird. You should stop playing, maybe it was a mild seizure attack? You shouldn't be twitching, that's not normal.

because your staring into the tv too long take a break your eyes and face need rest!
