does Similasan’s Dry Eye Relief work for marijuana red eye?!


Question: Does Similasan’s Dry Eye Relief work for marijuana red eye?
I'm looking for something to take care of red eye after smoking weed. I heard that most eye drops have vasoconstrictors that are bad for your eyes long term. I need something i can use frequently. similasan is 100% natural but i don't know if they work. If anyone knows of a better eye drop let me know.
P.S. Don't leave any judging comments because i don't care what you think.

clear eyes is good but I don't know what's in it. I always thought it was made for stoners.
