Sometimes whenever I look at the computer screen with my glasses, my eyes burn?!

Question: Sometimes whenever I look at the computer screen with my glasses, my eyes burn?
And when I take them off, my eyes feel much better. Am I putting strain onto my eyes?

BQ:: Can you get blind if you're nearsighted? ._.

You may have glasses that aren't designed for viewing on a computer screen, if you wear glasses that aren't designed specifically for viewing on a computer screen, then you may experience eyestrain. This is more likely because viewing a computer screen makes your eyes work harder than looking on a printed sheet of paper.

I'm not so sure about what I can do to help, but my suggestions are to:
- Keep a further distance from the computer.
- Take a 10-minute break from the computer by taking off your glasses and don't look at the computer screen, but instead a distant object, to refocus your eyes.

And If your in a room with lights on:

- Match the brightness of the computer to the brightness of the room.

OR you could get glasses specifically designed for looking at a computer screen (I think they're called computer glasses?).

You don't get blind by being nearsighted. computers do strain your eyes and you need to adjust properly. Look up answers about this - there is loads of information on answers as to what to do to reduce eyestrain due to computer use.
