I would like to know whether wearing spectacles with scratches can deteriorate one's eyesight. I recently accidentally scratched mine and now I can see a blur spot in my view when I wear it. Will it affect my eyesight?

It won't damage your eyesight - glasses just help support your eyes so you can see properly. However your eyesight is going to be awful. There isn't a good solution other than new lenses to scratched glasses but I'd grit my teeth and pay for it.
No, it wont deteriorate your eyesight. It'll just be annoying.
