This is a natural phenomenon that anyone can observe if they train themselves. It is possible that your tinted lenses prevented you from seeing it before. Read the Wiki article for an explanation.

These are "floaters" - basically inpurities in the jelly in your eyes. Usually harmless but you should have an eye test if you've not had one recently.
Nothing to do with "Irlen Syndrome" - which many eyecare professionals believe is quackery/poor science, including myself.

Could be floaters. Do the spots seem to float down if you keep your eyes still?
There's a freecall health phone number in Australia (and presumably in several others) that might be more convenient than going to an optometrist
no its not a big problem. sometime it happens when your eyes are not proply cleaned internally . use any good eye drop. after that see the result.
