Question: I have control over my eyes colour.. why is this?
but now i have full control of it.. i can change them from blue, to light blue or dark blue, i can even get a tiny little bit of red, i can get green and also a milky grey type colour..
Why is this?

Very possible... My father's eyes changed color according to his mood, varying through different shades of blue and green with some really odd possibilities in between.
Facial muscles can change the position of muscles in the eye, changing the way light reflects off the iris (which is itself a muscle). Most of these muscles changes are considered involuntary, based on your mood (sleepy, angry, etc.), but my guess is that you can change you facial/eye muscles to CHOOSE the way the light reflects off your eyes, creating the "shade" or "color" you want. However, you're not really changing the color of your iris itself. You're changing the way it appears.
