Can anyone help me with why i see static?!

Question: Can anyone help me with why i see static?

I have always been able to see what i describe as little particles in the air or TV static. Ive researched it on the web and ive read that it might be some health issue but i dont have any of the other side effects involved. Just the static i see. I see it all the time everywhere, but mostly when it is dark. Can anyone help me?
