Question: What does it mean if someone's eye perscription is 20-30?
i was at the eye doctor with my mother today and the eye doctor was saying she has 20-30. what does that mean? does she need glasses really bad? anyone know?

What you're thinking of is actually written 20/30. It is slight myopia (nearsightedness). It also means that she has to be at 20 feet to see what good eyes can see at 30 feet. Hope I helped! ;)
