what does it mean if you have a very small black dot on the white part of your eye? I have had it since birth and it has not changed..I am just wondering.

could be a freckle or just a birth mark. Get it checked out by an optometrist, they'll know what to do.
It's nothing you should be concerned about. My mom has a line starting from the iris to the sclera. Her vision is perfect! She used to wear contacts (but it was born with it) and so was my dad. And they have no problems. It's just a birth mark.
