Computer screens don't cause cataracts or macular degeneration. If your sort of usage caused this there would be a lot of computer professionals with this sort of problem. Now you say your eye is cloudy, do you mean your vision is cloudy? If so it may be simple to correct with glasses. You do need to see an eye doctor adn stop diagnosing yourself.

my eyes arent cloudy and either my right or left eye can row all the way to the other side. nothing much you can do yourself, get some eye drops, stay away from the computer and other electronics, close and gentally massage your eyes once in a while, and get enough sleep. eat a healty diet as well. i'm not a doctor and i'm sure you aren't either. and that is why you should go to the doc if nothing obvious works. good luck.
