iam having probles of miaopia and eyeside is too much weak. plz suggest me the t!

exercises are very helpful. You also have to learn a few things concerning the causes of myopia and how glasses work. You have to wear undercorrections and so on. I found all those things in a book http://www.amazon.com/Secret-Perfect-Vis… (there's also a forum to help readers

It's not very simple to do these things alone, so if you feel you can't do them , I suggest you to find a behavioural optometrist who is different from regular eye-doctors and will be able to help you. He won't simply give you glasses but he can also teach you how to improve eyesight.

Myopia and weak eyesight can't be treated other than by surgery. Exercise, eating correctly , watching or not watching TV/computer screens won't make any difference. Glasses and contacts help you see properly though and these days they are really good.
