The frame can have prescription lenses put into it, yes.

It's a VERY large frame. each lens is 65 mm wide.

So, as long as the frame won't be way too big for you , it should work fine with progressives.

You can. It's a HUGE lens and the curvature (wrap) is going to be the toughest thing to match.

If your prescription is too high, there won't be a lens that wraps enough to match your prescription.
