You can buy bottles of eye wash over the counter. Often they are near the artificial tears or contact lens solutions. Lay back in a chair with a towel pressed up against the side of your face to catch the wash and have someone pull your lids apart and GENTLY spray the wash into your eye. If you are still having foreign body sensation after doing this, it's likely you have something lodged in your conjunctiva that an eye doctor would need to get out for you. It's generally very painless by the way if done by an eye doctor.

If it saw dust you have to go to a eye wash/flush station because this can injure your eye very badly and seriously ! Hope that I solve ur problem ?
