Polierized glasses point?!

Question: Polierized glasses point?

i am getting ray ban sunglasses what is the point to the polierized lenes

Answers:

Polarized lenses cut reflected glare better than a non polarized lens....like off water.

BUT...a polarized lens can make some digital displays impossible to read.

Pilots never wear polarized lenses because of that.
