I have glasses and im just wondering how would u make it so everything looks blurry without them

Wear glasses and never take them off, unless you are showering or sleeping. Then you will be more adjusted to the good vision and it will be hard for your eyes to adjust without help from your glasses.
It depends on your vision too.
