Why do my eyes burn from looking people in the eye?!

Question: Why do my eyes burn from looking people in the eye?

I am a very shy person who is nervous around nearly everyone. I have trouble looking people in the eye because my eyes burn every time I try. Also, my face gets hotter and hotter until it feels like it's on fire. Is this a normal thing for nervous people or am I alone in this. I have never been able to find any information on this.

Has many forms of syptoms. I have the ones you mentions. One suggestion is to take anxiety meds which I don't reccomend. So far I have found no cure.

Personal expirience.

You are not breathing correctly, nor are you blinking enough. Calm down, don't stress when you do, and pretend like you are just talking to someone on the phone.

if your shy well ya its normal it just means dat u r gettin worried or even scared of what that person might think of u every one gets shy
