Help! I have something wrong with my eye?!

You probably have pink eye. It is very contagious so try not to touch your eye so it doesn't spread to other people. Definitely go to the ER tomorrow and see what it is. If it's pink eye, they'll give you eye drops. If it's not, it's probably still not good. No one should mess around when it comes to eyes.

Have you tried an eye wash? Sometimes using eye wash and blinking a lot will dislodge anything that might be in the eye.

The ER will be way expensive. Try an Ophthalmologist or at the least, and O.D. if all else fails.

Sometimes if you've got an infection or if you've mildly scratched the cornea, it will feel like something's in there (called "foreign body sensation").

If there is a lot of pain/discomfort, and eye wash doesn't help...or if there is colored "matter" in the eye or swelling, then YES...get to the eye doctor for help.

Perhaps, have someone take a good look at your eyes maybe with flashlight and see if they can see anything.
And try rinsing out your eyes, they may help.
Drops aren't always the best thing.
If it doesn't clear up in a day or two, I would get it checked by a ophthalmologist.
You also are showing signs of pink eye. May sure there isn't any swelling.
