why is one pupil smaller than the other?!

Question: Why is one pupil smaller than the other?
My left eye seems to always be smaller than my right. Why does this happen? Not always but it's always left being smaller
Side question: why do I get random occurring pressures in my head where that spiral in your scalp is. Left and a little back. I think the usual bald spot area. Pressure feels like on top of the brain. I heard it has something to do with your spine? Doesn't make sense but idk

Answers:

It's called anisocoria (?νισο? & κ?ρη) and there are lots of causes. Brain pressure is also one of them.
See your doctor.

One pupil larger than the other could be a number of causes, but combined with pressure on the brain, I suggest seeing a physician ASAP just in case.

Work for eye MDs

with those symptoms you must go and see a doctor ASAP
