Don't worry, it's absolutely impossible to get pregnant that way because it happens only when sperm enters your vagina which, as you know, is very far from your eyes.

You should try to wash it out of your eyeball as soon as possible. The tissue of the eye is soft, so the sperm can try to penetrate the eyeball. For example, sperm penetrates an egg in a woman to fertilize it, and the woman can become pregnant. You can't get pregnant from getting sperm in your eye, but it may hurt like hell when the sperm is trying to get inside your eyeball!

No, you can't get pregnant; sperm can't migrate that far. Assuming your partner is clean (i.e. no STIs) there's very little risk of infection either. Flush it out with saline solution if you've got it, or with water otherwise. lol you can't get pregnant, your eyes aren't connected to your vagina by any means. all you do is wash it out, then you're good to go. just make sure you wash it out of your eyelashes, it can be a mess to clean up.
