Question: Is this condition Eye Ptosis?

My right eyelid doesn't open as much as the left. My vision is also blurred in my right eye. Im 15 and it's occurred within the past 1-2 years. Could I have surgery? Would it cost? Thanks x

It is highly likely that you may have no muscle in your eye, and i am pretty sure that you could get some surgery to lift your eye up, but im not sure about my observing...
