YES!!!! Also, the sky is pink. There is ocean front property in Arizona. And if you hold a chicken over your head it will cure baldness.

Of course those programs are just a scam.

If something that simple actually worked, it would be common knowledge, and everyone would be doing them. You won't find an eye Dr. anywhere who can show you patients who had miraculous reversals of myopia due to exercises....it just doesn't happen.

They have been around almost 100 years , but came back strong as a new scam when internet became available.

If you ever heard the term " there's a sucker born every minute ".....don't become one.

Rolling the eyes around in circles, or staring at a spot on the wall, or cupping your eyes with your hands are plain ridiculous and can't possibly do anything about reversing a refractive error of the eye.

I wouldn't advise doing anything or putting anything into your eye that claims to improve vision unless it been given by your optician or doctor that way if something goes wrong you can blame them and get your money back as well as some extra dollar is you sue them.
