Why is my eye bright red?!

you might of busted a blood vessel in your eye

if it is bright red and there are no veins in sight, you most likely busted a blood vessel. i know because it used to always happen to me as a kid. If you can see the vein behind the red, you just have pink eye.

Do you wear contacts? They might have dried out, thus leaving your eye red. Other than that, you could have scratched it without paying attention, and it should be back to normal in a day or two, either way.

someone took a **** on your pillow and now you got pinkeye have fun with it, jsut kidding but i have no idea probly alergees

Maybe you slept with contacts on..
Or maybe you popped a blood vessel
or maybe you rubbed your eye to hard
