Can eye colors change slightly every once in a while?!

Your question made me smile! I've been told often that my eyes change colour, though for obvious reasons I haven't noticed it myself. I think it's to do with light and how the eye reflects the colour of your immediate environs. My mother has one brown eye and one blue eye and hers change 'shade' all the time. I remember, one time her brown eye was really dark and her blue eye so pale it was well weird to see. If you look closely at people you see regularly, their eyes always seem to be a slightly different shade.

I also get that too my eyes are green and change colors to blue green or just blue sometimes they look like a sunflower and the reason it happens to me is cuz of the color of clothes I wear
